Hello, I'm Matt Champlin, from Troy, MI a suburb just north of Detroit. I retired four years ago from an engineering career in the automotive industry. My last job title was "Technical Training Specialist", where I conducting problem solving and innovation workshops. My success over the years hinged on my ability to draw, ability to generate novel solutions, ability to learn new skills fast, and ability to make crude prototype to test things out. I see a need for creativity credentials for engineers, scientist, and other tech professionals , so they can answer the question, "How are you creative?"
