Description
Women in Business College (WiB College) delivers knowledge in three different areas: soft skills; business operations and strategy and direction. The badge earner is capable to lead more effectively and has practiced the ability to negotiate and manage conflicts. The participant is able to perform duties in a more effective way and delivers service to their customer with high quality. (This badge is only available for IBM employees).
Badge Criteria
What it takes to earn this badge:
- To graduate from WiB College as an Explorer the participant is required to attend nine training classes and pass three tests. There are three pillars (Soft skills Business Ops Corporate Strategy) each with a minimum of three mandatory training classes.
- The WiB College program covers: team management difficult conversations conflict management negotiations building authity and strengthens competency in business processes project management agile understanding cpate finances & strategy.
- This program is available to female employees in IBM Poland participation is on an invitation only.
- Women in Business College (This link is only accessible by IBM employees)
