Description
This Badge is assigned to Cineca employees attending the 2015 session of XML/XSL Course. The Badge owner attended the whole course and passed the final exam. The Badge owner is able to represent and describe a domain using XML language, and can then research, aggregate, filter and visualize data through XPath and XSL languages. The XML/XSL course is part of Cineca’s training offer to its employees, meant to increase their skills concerning software development. XML and XSL languages are used to develop many Cineca products and services. Badge Criteria
The owner of the Badge: attended the 2015 session of XML/XSL Course offered by CINECA: 23 lecture hours including guided excercises and simulations of the final exam; actively, with resourcefulness and motivation, took part in all lessons and in group and individual exercises; passed a final exam in its written (100 true/false questions quiz) and practical (exercise to be carried out within 2 weeks since course end) part. As practical exercise the student was asked to create an XML to model a given domain, and to create XSLs to read the XML data and visualize it in ordered, grouped or filtered form. The total obtained score was not below 18/30.
